Our Counseling Center
Welcome to The Well Resource Center’s Outpatient Counseling Center. The counseling center is dedicated to providing free professional outpatient counseling support services to first responders and their loved ones. Everyone approaches counseling with varying levels of need. Whether you are ready to process the trauma you experienced, you are ready to work on your marriage/relationship, you are ready to figure out how to manage the daily stress and work/life balance in your life, we are here to support and provide services to you. Our counseling center is staffed with Illinois-licensed professional mental health professionals with extensive experience providing confidential evidenced-based and effective counseling approaches and therapies.
Our therapists have experience and expertise in the following areas: Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, Stress Management, Depression, Relationships/Marriage, Work/Life Balance, Parenting, Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders, and Grief & Loss.
If you are ready to get started, all it takes is a quick phone call or email. Please contact the Clinical Director, Emily Pagone, at firstname.lastname@example.org, for an initial consultation. She will connect with you to discuss the process and will fit you with the best-fit counselor. Due to COVID19, we are mostly providing counseling via secured, confidential telehealth platforms, but we can discuss what options are available for in-person sessions.
Read Our BiosThe fit between you and the professional counselor is the most important factor to an effective and positive experience in counseling and therapy. We encourage you to read our counselors' bios to see which professional you feel is the best fit for you.
