An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Friday, repeating indefinitely
Yoga serves many purposes. It not only removes stress from the mind and body, but it also builds resiliency and enhances mental and physical performance.
It only takes three minutes to make a change in the nervous system. You can even practice a tactical breath work exercise while driving in your patrol car on your way to the next call. Just one deep breath consciously directed into the belly can make a big difference.
