First Responder Jiu-Jitsu is lead by Kerry “Kato” who is a retired Law Enforcement Officer and owner of Rectitude Training LLC. Jiu-Jitsu helps improve officers’ physical and mental health, as well as resilience. This is a free resource for first responders. Stay Tuned For Upcoming Start Date!

First Responder Yoga is a free resource for all first responders and their families. Yoga is every Friday at 10:00 a.m. We meet at The Branch Community Church. All levels welcome!

National Night Out 2022! The Well had the privilege to help sponsor this event with CPD District 16.

The Well partners with local construction companies to be a sponsor for the Area 4 Detectives Division golf outing.

The Well had the opportunity to share its message and resources with all who attended in effort to be a presence of joy and support for the CPD family.
